AffixPath Word Desk is a study aid for morphology practice. It is not a substitute for instructor guidance, clinical training, or official exam materials. Attested versus playful coinage scores are heuristic studio feedback — not linguistic certification.

Where is my study data stored?

Only on this device. Uninstalling, clearing storage, or a new phone without a backup removes decks, progress, and preferences. We do not host your stacks on a server.

How do I turn off the daily warm-up reminder?

Open Settings in the app and switch off Daily warm-up reminder, or deny notifications in Android system settings. The desk, catalog, and studio still work offline.

Why did a validity score look wrong?

Scores are heuristic studio feedback for attested versus playful coinages. They are not a dictionary ruling. If a specific stack looks broken, email the prefix–root–suffix you used and a screenshot.

Can I use this in a classroom?

Yes, as an educational practice tool. Redistribution of the app binary stays subject to Google Play terms. Do not treat validity labels as official exam or clinical authority.

The seed-pack check failed.

Settings → Run integrity check. The local catalog should hold hundreds of morphemes. If it stays failed after a reinstall, write support with your Android version.

This policy explains how SLYUDIKOV ASSIST (“we”, “publisher”) handles information in AffixPath Word Desk (package com.tsukuamabutrxqpd.affixpathworddesk).

1. Who we are

The Google Play account holder and data controller for this app is SLYUDIKOV ASSIST. Contact: tsukuamabutrx2qpd@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

AffixPath Word Desk stores study data only on this device using Room and DataStore. No account, analytics SDK, or network sync is required for core study features.

On-device information may include:

Custom decks and AffixStack layouts you create.
Pathway progress and warmup history kept locally.
Preferences: text size, reduced motion, appearance, daily reminder, seed-integrity flag, onboarding.
Text you choose to share or export through the Android share sheet.

We do not operate an AffixPath cloud that receives your decks. We do not sell personal information. We do not show in-app advertising in this product.

Google Play and Android may process install, crash, or device statistics under Google’s policies when you use Play. That processing is by Google, not by a publisher server we run.

If Android Auto Backup is enabled, the system may include app data in the user’s backup. We do not receive a copy of that backup.

3. How on-device data is used

To assemble words, show glosses, and keep your catalog study path.
To schedule an optional local daily warm-up reminder (WorkManager).
To refresh the home-screen widget with a local morphology tip.
To run a seed-pack integrity count on the device.

4. Permissions

Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS). Optional daily warm-up reminders. You may refuse or later disable them. Study features still work.

Share and export actions send only the text you choose through the Android share sheet to a destination you pick. That destination’s privacy rules then apply. We do not intercept that transfer on a publisher server.

6. Retention and deletion

On-device data remains until you delete decks, clear app storage, or uninstall. To remove support email we hold, write us and we will delete correspondence that is no longer needed for a support thread, subject to any legal retention duty.

7. Children

The app is an academic study aid. It is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a child wrote to us by email, contact us and we will delete that mail.

8. Your choices

Use the app without an account.
Turn off daily reminders or deny notification permission.
Clear app storage or uninstall to remove local decks and preferences.
Email us about support mail we received.

Depending on your country or state, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. Because we do not run a user-account backend, most in-app data is only on your device — you control it there.

9. Terms of use (short)

By using AffixPath Word Desk you agree to use the app for educational practice. Content is provided as-is for vocabulary and morphology workshops. Do not rely on validity scores as linguistic certification. Classroom use is permitted; redistribution of the app binary remains subject to store terms.

If the app later adds network features or a new store listing, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date.
